For the top part, reduce the spacing between the T and M. Use the same spacing width like u did for the rest such as the round part in the middle. Maybe the bottom part of the T can be like the bottom parts of the M?
Hm, for the bottom part of the M, either make them all the same depth, or the middle one longer.
Watch the spacing. Make sure all the spacing in between are even. Currently, it's not even, some are bigger and some are smaller. And make sure the curves are accurate and smooth too
